Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, return the shipment (at customers expense) within 14 days and receive an exchange or refund. Shipping cost will Not be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. There will be a 10% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received.

The refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment method.Please note that Casey’s Art cannot issue refund on the following items:

Damaged items
Special orders
Items returned after 14 days of receipt
